This Protocol is not for the feint hearted. In fact it’s downright brutal. You’ll be on the leg press so long that the pain will shift from worrying about your VMO burning, to your feet being in agony.

  • 20 Reps at 2020 (No Lockout)
  • 20 Reps at 4010 (Eccentric Only)
  • 2 Minutes (Increase weight every 30 seconds)

It is much a Mind over Matter thing with the Leg Press. There are many protocols out there with extreme Time Under Tension and this is another one. Enjoy!
